09-14-2006 – O’Reilly waters down the accusations against CIA and contractors by suggesting very light weight inconveniences instead of what we now know about the Abu Zubaydah tortures. And while O’Reilly might not have known all the details we know now, he can’t claim we didn’t know and still make light of the consequences. FBI interrogator Ali Soufan was very clear that Abu Zubaydah was being cooperative with him and clammed up when tortured. O’Reilly is an apologist for war crimes and torture.

What “Rambo” went through on “tv” (actually it was a film first) was fiction. You haven’t seen real torture. And again you are wrong about what exists in the real world. We tortured prisoners at Abu Ghraib. This is already public knowledge. Or would you explain why Donald Rumsfeld apologized, why did GWBush apologize? You are living in a fantasy world. Grow up.
Sorry, you are wrong. Americans have tortured others. That’s already in the books and case law. Your denials do nothing to change history.
As for “take up for terrorists”, you’ve been sipping the bad kool-aid. You don’t truly understand our legal system or have contempt for it. In your paradigm, accusation is conviction. You haven’t truly paid attention to these suspects as we have. If you had, you’d know many were cleared and returned…by the Bush Admin and your hated Democratic successor.
I can not believe people take up for terrorists that killed Americans. I guess it wasn’t your family that died. Torture is what Rambo went through on tv. It does not exist in the real world. Americans do not torture!
EISENHOWER, the last good Republican president and the General who defeated the NAZIS, STRONGLY OPPOSED the tactics that O’Reilly and Ingram support and for GOOD REASON. They DO NOT WORK and because we torture people, OUR PEOPLE get tortured. Militant muslims USE O’Reilly and Ingram for RECRUITING.
